E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our HQ in central Stockholm

As an E-commerce Specialist you will optimize our site through effective merchandising and take our overall customer experience to the next level. Together with the E-commerce Manager you will drive sales and grow Sandqvist digital business. This is a full-term position based in central Stockholm. The E-commerce Specialist reports to the E-commerce manager and works closely with the marketing team.

Tasks include but are not limited to

  • Responsible for the daily operations of sandqvist.com and administrate and update the website according to the Go To Market-plan
  • Create newsletters and administrate the CRM-set-up
  • Drive site development improvements through A/B testing, heat mapping and data analysis
  • Analyse different channels (search, paid social, newsletter etc) impact on total sales and make suggestions on how to improve
  • Part of implementing initiatives for growth
  • Troubleshoot website issues and initiate the path to resolution with external agencies
  • Ownership of all product information on the site including images, videos, and text
  • Administrate the copy process and translation of all product information
  • Administrate improvements for SEO and optimize our copy throughout the site (including meta-descriptions, category pages, product pages)

Required skills and experience

  • Relevant education within e-commerce/business
  • 1-3 years’ experience from a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge in Google Analytics
  • Highly commercial & data driven with strong knowledge of and experience from working towards relevant KPI’s within E-commerce such as COS, CR, AOV CPA etc.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and related KPI: s
  • Proven track record of driving online sales
  • Experience from working in CMS and e-commerce platforms – experience from working in Wordpress and/or Centra is an advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and verbal. Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
  • You enjoy taking ownership of both challenges and opportunities, and initiate ideas and solutions
  • You are self-going and structured with attention to details

  • Previous experience from working with E-Mail Marketing tools
  • Previous experience from working within Retail/Fashion
  • Previous experience from working with SEO
