You can pay in the different currencies available in the online store. Depending on the destination country, you can pay in SEK, NOK, DKK, EUR, GBP or USD. Please note that we currently can’t accept gift cards, cash or cheques online.
When ordering from countries outside the EU, you will need to pay import tax and duty according to the local rules in the country of delivery. Therefore, the order value does not include Swedish VAT. The amount of tax and duty payable differs according to the country. UPS will invoice you for the tax and duty, together with a disbursement fee of around €18/170 SEK for the customs clearance service. In some cases, UPS may ask you for an upfront payment of the tax and duty.
The prices shown in our online store consist of the total price, including VAT. They do not include shipping costs or possible fees. Duty or other taxes and fees may be added to the total price for purchases from outside of the European Union.
Discount codes or coupons are only valid for one transaction per person, and only during the stated period of time. They cannot be combined, transferred to another purchase or be credited for a new purchase.
If a package is damaged upon arrival, you should report it immediately. If you have opened the package and find that your purchase is damaged, please contact us.
A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a regular return and refund the money to the account used for the purchase.
